Return Policy — Origin Research Group

At Origin Research Group, we uphold strict quality-control standards to protect the integrity of all research-grade materials we supply. Due to the sensitive nature of laboratory compounds, all sales are final, and no returns or refunds are permitted except in the case of verified shipping errors as outlined below.

1. All Sales Final

All products sold by Origin Research Group are considered final sale. Because our compounds are intended solely for laboratory research and cannot be restocked, resold, or re-certified once shipped, we are unable to accept returns under any circumstances unrelated to a confirmed shipping error.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Incorrect product selection

  • Dissatisfaction with packaging, labeling, or aesthetic

  • Subjective concerns about expected performance

  • Misunderstanding of product use or handling requirements

No refunds, replacements, or exchanges will be provided for any reason outside of the exceptions described below.

2. Shipping Error Policy

In the rare event that you receive an incorrect item due to a fulfillment error on our part, you may request a replacement within 7 days of delivery.

To qualify, you must submit:

  1. A clear photograph of the incorrect product

  2. A photograph of the shipping box and included packaging materials

  3. Your full name and order number

Once verified, Origin Research Group will provide instructions for return or disposal of the incorrect item and will ship the correct product at no additional cost.

Important Notes:

  • Claims submitted after 7 days from delivery will not be eligible for review.

  • Items purchased at a discount, included in promotions, or purchased using coupon codes are not eligible for replacement, even in cases of shipping errors.

  • Products that have been opened, handled, or altered in any way will not qualify.

3. Dispute Resolution

We encourage customers to contact us directly regarding any concerns. Our team is committed to assisting with legitimate order issues and will work in good faith toward a fair resolution.

  • All disputes must be raised within 30 days of the order date.

  • Disputes submitted after 30 days are considered invalid and will not be reviewed.

4. Chargebacks

Filing a chargeback without first contacting Origin Research Group may result in:

  • Immediate forfeiture of purchasing privileges with our company

  • Termination of the account associated with the chargeback

  • Submission of all supporting documentation to the payment processor to dispute the claim

We routinely provide carriers' tracking data, delivery confirmation, order logs, and communication records to challenge illegitimate chargebacks.

5. Governing Law

This Return Policy is governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising from this policy or related purchases must be resolved through the courts or arbitration venues located within the State of Wyoming.

6. Agreement to Policy

By placing an order with Origin Research Group, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this Return Policy.
If you do not agree with these terms, please do not complete a purchase or use the website.
